State Parks

We have been enjoying this gorgeous spring weather visiting different state parks and hiking around outside.

There are so many amazing things about our two year old little boy. The first thing that comes to mind is how is literally obsessed with any kind of sports right now. I think it is just a phase but his father is hoping it sticks! He LOVES throwing the football, shooting baskets, swinging the golf club, and kicking the soccer ball. He will carry around a football for hours at a time.

His vocabulary is unreal. His doctor says all the time that he talks like a four year old. You will hear him singing complete songs all the way through like "twinkle, twinkle", "b-i-n-g-o", "row row your boat", and the thomas the train theme song. He says words like "excavator","skid steer", and "motorcycle" to strangers and they understand him and speaking of strangers he loves to go up and tell a random person that "my daddy flies F-16s". He enjoys learning about airplanes too and can distinguish between different types of planes ("jumbo jet", "B-1", "F-16", "helicopter"), hmmm? Wonder where he gets that?

He loves construction machines and all emergency vehicles along with school buses.

He still really enjoys playing with his trains but nothing beats being outside playing sports or throwing rocks. He is so lovable too. He loves to cuddle, hug, and kiss and can't go to bed without his puppy. He loves Kaia so much and always asks where she is when she is away or asleep.

His two year stats: 37 inches, 30 pounds (he lost two pounds)

Dr. says he is projected to be 6'2"....we'll see!
