We spent New Year's Eve celebrating Clayton's birthday (he is Kaia's 2nd cousin). The kids were running around crazy and Kaia and Clayton had fun playing in the paper.
In the pictures you will see Kaia's first black eye. Even though she is walking everywhere and having many, many crashes...this injury came from pulling a towel down which had a ceramic vase perched on it off a high shelf. It of course, landed right on the bone under her eye. After a few minutes of screaming bloody murder and lots of tears, she was smiling again!!!
