Guess who's 2????

That's right!!! Our little girl is in the terrific two's (I am trying my best to not call it the terrible two's)!! She loves being asked, "How old are you?", because she will proudly hold up two fingers and declare, "TWO"!!!
She has been so incredibly spoiled with her celebration in Tennessee, then we celebrated with just the three of us Friday night and again Saturday night. Anytime, I ask her now if she wants a piece of birthday cake, she says "candles" and starts to pretend blow them out. So needless to say, we have sung and lit candles four times in two days. It is a little ridiculous but oh so cute!!
Here are some pics from the past few days (we are already setting a bad example, dragging it out into her "birthweek" as her mommy always says :) :) ). By the way, stay tuned for more bday pics as her birthday party is at the end of this week!!!

The gifts
Kaia has been flooded with gifts from our visit to Tennessee and K's family in California, Connecticut, and Norway!!! Thank you to everyone who loves to spoil our child :)




The bouncy castle
K and I decided to get Kaia a mini bouncy castle. She is so full of energy and loves to jump around the house that we thought this would wear her out and she would love it, and we were right!! We blew it up for her and she squealed in delight and then bounced herself silly. She was so sweaty and exhausted that she slept for 4 hours that afternoon --- MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!



The cake
Just like her parents Kaia totally dug into her cake and ice cream!!! She is now asking for it for dinner every night!
