We bought a gingerbread house kit to put together and Kaia had so much fun. She did very well taste testing the icing and the candy. It was very difficult putting it together, keeping things out of her mouth, and snapping pictures all at the same time (my camera was covered in white icing...oops!). Needless to say, our house collapsed within minutes of finishing it. It didn't help that Kaia was pressing the candy into the roof quite roughly...owell, she's two, what did I expect? Daddy came to the rescue and got another kit, constructed it with perfection, and Kaia enjoyed gently putting the candy on!!!! We had a great time!
