Decorating Easter Eggs and CASCARONES

Kaia was so excited to decorate easter eggs this year. We HAD TO BUY the princess edition of egg coloring kits so all of Kaia's eggs had either a princess, a tiara, or a castle on them. She worked really hard to achieve the perfect shades of pinks, blues, and oranges. Afterwards, we hid eggs for her and Macey to find. They were on a sugar high the rest of the afternoon!
It is FIESTA time in San Antonio and since it has been so ling since I have been home during this time, we decided to take part in the fun. We bought the kids cascarones (confetti eggs) and boy did Kaia have a blast. She was a little concerned at first when Macey cracked one on my head but once we all started laughing, she really got into it. She got everyone at least twice and begged for more! When daddy got home, they really got him. He didn't know what a cascarones was, but he does now!!
